Refund Policy
At ToyMitra, we aim to deliver fun and happiness with every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- Your order is lost or not delivered within the expected timeframe
📌 To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor color/size differences (due to screen or lighting)
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Delivery failed due to customer unavailability
- Opened/used products (unless defective)
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Please ensure you are available to receive your order
- Refused or unaccepted COD orders are not eligible for refund or re-shipping
- Re-orders may require prepaid confirmation
4. Return & Replacement Process
- In most cases, we offer replacement instead of return
- If a return is required, our team will guide you through the process
- Return shipping may be covered only if the product is defective or incorrect
5. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders)
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Then reach out to us for support
