Refund Policy

At ToyMitra, we aim to deliver fun and happiness with every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is lost or not delivered within the expected timeframe

📌 To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color/size differences (due to screen or lighting)
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability
  • Opened/used products (unless defective)

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Please ensure you are available to receive your order
  • Refused or unaccepted COD orders are not eligible for refund or re-shipping
  • Re-orders may require prepaid confirmation

4. Return & Replacement Process

  • In most cases, we offer replacement instead of return
  • If a return is required, our team will guide you through the process
  • Return shipping may be covered only if the product is defective or incorrect

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
    • Bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then reach out to us for support
