How long does delivery take?

We deliver across India within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹499 will have a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 applied at checkout.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all pin codes across India including metros, tier 2 and tier 3 cities. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS within 24–48 hours. You can also track your order at: 👉 Track Your Order

What if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at: 📧 support@toymitra.com We will resolve it within 24 hours.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer COD across most pin codes in India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your location.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at support@toymitra.com. After dispatch, address changes are not possible.
